TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHAT SEENA IS

Seena is an AI-powered personal growth service delivering personalized insights, daily guidance and astrology-based reflective content (the "Service"). It is currently available through the Telegram bot @SeenaApp_bot and its built-in Mini App; these Terms equally cover any future web or mobile applications of the Service.

The Service is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Nothing in it is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Decisions you make remain entirely your own.

2. WHO CAN USE IT

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. YOUR AGREEMENT

By tapping "Agree & continue" in the bot, confirming consent in the Mini App, or making a payment, you accept these Terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

The free tier includes a limited set of features. Seena Plus unlocks the full Service; current pricing is always shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which handles billing, applicable taxes and payment security. We never see your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal linked in your receipt or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and Plus stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: if you haven't used Plus features after activation, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment via /help in the bot or the email below.

5. FAIR USE

You agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, to provide accurate information (birth data), and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, resell or automate access to the Service.

6. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts generated for you are yours to read and keep. The Service itself — its code, design, prompts and content systems — belongs to the Operator and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any reading will match your circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. TERMINATION

You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend access for violation of these Terms.

9. CHANGES

We may update these Terms; the current version always lives at this address. Material changes will be announced in the bot at least 7 days before taking effect.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Questions and disputes: first write to us — most things resolve by conversation.
