1. WHAT WE COLLECT

Registration data: your name, date, time and place of birth, and your Telegram ID — needed to build your birth chart and personalize readings. Birth date, time and place are stored encrypted at rest.
Your messages: the questions and messages you send to the Service, and which features you use — needed to answer you and to make future answers more personal.
Derived profile: based on your messages, the Service automatically builds a general profile of the topics and emotional tone of your requests — used solely to make its answers fit you better.

We do NOT collect your phone number, contacts, location, or payment card details.

2. HOW WE USE IT

Only to run the Service: generating your readings, remembering the thread of your conversations, and sending you the notifications you can switch off at any time in your Profile. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for anything unrelated to the Service.

3. WHO PROCESSES IT

Anthropic PBC (USA) — AI text generation. Only the data needed for a reading is sent; never your contact or payment details.
Railway Corp. (USA) — application and database hosting.
Lemon Squeezy, LLC (USA) — payments, as merchant of record. Card data goes to them directly and never reaches us.
Telegram — the platform the Service runs on, under its own privacy policy.

Your data may be processed on servers in the United States and the European Union. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

For as long as you use the Service. Delete your data at any time — see below.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can access, correct, export or fully delete your data — including your message history and derived profile. Send /help in the bot or email [email protected]; deletion is completed within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) — we honor requests under those frameworks through the same contacts.

6. CHILDREN

The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

The current version of this Policy always lives at this address; material changes will be announced in the bot.
