1. WHAT WE COLLECT
- Registration data: your name, date, time and place of birth, and an
account identifier — your email address (web app) or your Telegram
ID (Telegram) — needed to sign you in, build your birth chart and personalize
readings. Birth date, time and place are stored encrypted at rest.
- Your messages: the questions and messages you send to the Service,
and which features you use — needed to answer you and to make future answers more personal.
- Derived profile: based on your messages, the Service automatically
builds a general profile of the topics and emotional tone of your requests — used solely
to make its answers fit you better.
We do NOT collect your phone number, contacts, location, or payment card details.
2. HOW WE USE IT
Only to run the Service: generating your readings, remembering the thread of your
conversations, and sending you the notifications you can switch off at any time in your
Profile. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for anything unrelated to
the Service.
3. WHO PROCESSES IT
- Anthropic PBC (USA) — AI text generation. Only the data needed for a
reading is sent; never your contact or payment details.
- Railway Corp. (USA) — application and database hosting.
- Resend (USA) — sending sign-in links and notification emails; only your
email address is shared.
- Apple, Google and Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivering push
notifications to your device; only an anonymous device push token is involved.
- Stripe Payments Company (USA) (or another payment partner named at
checkout) — payments. Card data goes to them directly and never reaches us.
- Meta Platforms and TikTok (USA) — advertising measurement. If you arrive
from one of our ads, their pixel on our site and our server may report events such as
sign-up or purchase (with a hashed email or an anonymous identifier) so we can see which ads
work. This data is never used for your readings, and you can opt out — see section 5.
- Telegram — the platform one version of the Service runs on, under its
own privacy policy.
Your data may be processed on servers in the United States and the European Union.
We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
For as long as you use the Service. Delete your data at any time — see below.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You can access, correct, export or fully delete your data — including
your message history and derived profile. Send /help in the bot or email
[email protected]; deletion is completed
within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law
(e.g. GDPR, CCPA) — we honor requests under those frameworks through the same contacts.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your data for
money. Reporting ad events to Meta or TikTok (section 3) may count as “sharing” for
cross-context advertising under California law. To opt out, email
[email protected] with the subject
“Do not share” from the address you signed in with — we exclude your account from ad
reporting within 15 days, and nothing else about the Service changes.
6. CHILDREN
The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18;
if we learn we have, we delete it.
7. CHANGES AND CONTACT
The current version of this Policy always lives at this address; material changes will
be announced in the bot.
